TubeBuddy is my go-to tool for determining what the title of my video should be and what tags I’ll use to get that video ranked.
Keywords Everywhere is an extension that allows you to see the search volume for each keyword that you type in so you know if people are even searching for that term.
The combination of these two tools is all you need to do proper keyword research to get your videos ranks!

Way to send video files
WeTransfer is great if you’re only needing to send a file that is under 2 GB.
Frame.io is hands down the fastest file transfer website. It was made for creatives to share footage and also have review capabilities for giving time stamped notes. This is SUPER valuable if working with an outsourcer.
Google Drive & Dropbox are always an option as well. Their bulk download feature is great, but their upload rates are atrocious (aka prepare to leave your computer running overnight when uploading large files.
