Successfully executed a complete Pivot of the company in less than six month to support a capital raise to support accelerated growth by: Restructuring operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources; Minimizing risk by creating contracts and agreements, and process controls; Achieving a 60% reduction in monthly operational expenditures by renegotiated vendor contracts and eliminating unnecessary expenses and payroll; Refining the product road map to be more competitive and promoting a culture of collaboration between organizations to ensure an efficient and effective work environment.
